Four week waits for a GP appointment in Derby and Derbyshire reached 633,184 last year It is a 39% increase on those waiting more than 28 days compared to 2022 The number waiting 14 days or longer in Derby and Derbyshire saw a 21% increase from 2022

85% Bike thefts going unsolved
In 2022, 587 bike theft cases in Derbyshire were closed without a suspect being identified. Theft is such a personal and terrible crime particularly for those bike commuters.

Electrify the Midland Main Line to Sheffield
The 2010-2015 Coalition Government planned to electrify the Midland Main Line, the railway line from London to Sheffield, by 2020. This would reduce pollution and increase capacity on the line. It is time to finish the work.
