Enforce 20mph limits

There are more and more streets across Derbyshire where the speed limit is now 20mph. We would like the Derbyshire Police, including CREST (the Casualty Reduction Enforcement Support Team) to be able to enforce the speed limit in these areas, as they do for roads with 30mph and higher limits. We therefore petition Derbyshire's Police and Crime Commissioner to take whatever action is necessary to enable this enforcement to be permitted.
