Petition: Mar 26, 2022
We petition Derby City Council to extend the 30mph speed limit for the full length of Station Road and both ways along Radbourne Lane to the city boundary.
Justification:
- With the opening of Hackwood Primary this is a walking route to school for those not living on Hackwood Farm estate
- With residence and road accesses on both sides of the road this is now an urban area that needs a lower speed for safety
- Limiting the speed of traffic will encourage pedestrian usage of the paths rather than feeling obliged to drive.

"In common with so many other local people, I am sickened by what is happening on the streets of Ukraine and our own pension fund should make its feelings clear by divesting any assets it may hold in companies with Russian investments.
