Plans for new park

Kier have submitted plans for the last phases of the Manor Kingsway housing development. This includes the main park, beyond the Hospital car parks. Rough Heanor decision

The Council has rejected the plan to change the A38 slip roads near the Royal Derby Hospital to make space for housing and a fast food restaurant. A decision on the future use of the Bramblebrook site is waiting for a decision on changes to Special Schools.
